Returns/Replacements: You have the option to request a replacement within 7 days of delivery/installation (whichever is applicable).

Our replacement policy has a duration of 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Please ensure that you have a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for replacement.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item worth over INR 10,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
